Product Return and Refund Policy - Skin Age Rejuvenation Spa
1. Product Returns:
- Unopened Products: If you purchase a product from our store and it remains unopened, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange for another product of equal value.
- Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure that the product is suitable for your skin type before opening it.
- Return Conditions: To process a return, the product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
2. Refunds:
- Product Refunds: If a product is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, we offer a full refund or an exchange for another product. If the product was purchased online, you will need to return it to our address.
- Spa Services and Treatments: Spa services and treatments are non-refundable once performed. However, if you experience any adverse reactions or are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of your treatment to discuss a possible resolution, such as a touch-up or alternative treatment.
- Exceptions: If a service is canceled by the spa for reasons beyond your control, a full refund will be provided, or we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.
3. Return and Refund Process:
- In-Store Returns: If you purchased the product in our physical store, you can return it in person with the purchase receipt and in its original condition.
- Online Returns: If you purchased products through our online store, you will need to return them to the address provided in our shipping policies. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund request within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt to receive a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Accepted Return Items:
- The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased on sale or with special discounts.
- Products that are not returned in their original condition, with packaging, or show signs of use.
- Services that have already been rendered (spa treatments, consultations, etc.).
6. Product Exchanges:
- If you prefer to exchange a product for another (e.g., if a product is not suitable for your skin), you may do so within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been opened or used. Exchanges will be made for a product of equal value.
7. Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
- This policy does not apply to products that are past their expiration date, have been altered, or are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (such as skincare products, cosmetics, etc.).
8. Right to Modify the Policy:
- Skin Age Rejuvenation Spa reserves the right to modify or update this return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and will be available on our website.
