3. Appointments and Reservations:

To book an appointment, you must provide valid contact information, as well as a deposit if required.
Appointments must be confirmed by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment if deemed necessary.

4. Cancellations and Modifications:

If you need to cancel or modify an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Failure to show up for an appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service price.
Services are non-refundable once performed.

5. Payments and Fees:

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment, unless another payment method has been agreed upon.
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Current rates will be available at our premises or online.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:

We may take photos before and after treatments to assess results, with your prior consent.

8. Refunds and Returns:

We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will discuss possible solutions.

By accepting our services, you assume responsibility for following the aftercare recommendations and guidelines provided by our staff.
